Hi am... I need a good ! wait not good Great !! Editing program for samp... It must be able to work with 0.3e OH and please I do not have the installed version...

Could you elaborate a little more? You need a good editing system for sa-mp? You mean like the Pawno Editor?

If so, you can just download it with the server files on www.sa-mp.com
