Note I Tryed #include <YSI\y_ini> and my Pawno does not respond.

You probably do not have a y_inline in the YSI folder inside your pawno/includes folder.

I've had this problem before, when I was going to try and use Y_INI for the first time.
CBA to fix it, deleted the whole YSI folder, continued with MySQL...
