Server question - A7X_CEEJAY - 20.07.2012

I'm wondering if there is a posibility of getting someone banned from hosting servers, the reasons being as follows;

Using a leaked script.
Removing the credits from the script.
Claimed the script as their own, removing all first rights to the original scripter


If so, what proof would I have to provide?

Well I know you can receive a ban for releasing other people's work.
Just think about that before you go posting my sql file

tgetting someone banned fromhosting? orbuying froma host? either eay, its very hard to do and those offenses have a very slim chance of resulting in a ban, id say u have a 5% chance getting them banned fromsamp forums let alone a hosting company. youd need to provide proof that its not their script, that they changednthe credits, and said the scriptmwas theirs, but samp team probly doesnt care about this as everyone does it.

there are like 1000s of servers using released script with the credits removed.
At first the people were releasing their scripts but when they saw that their credits and names are removed the ratio of releasing filterscripts/gamemodes/includes/plugins went down.
You need a valid proof against them.
My host doesnt likes to allow clients to remove the owner's name or credits.

I don't think any hosting company cares about what script/gamemode you use on your SA:MP server.
