I think this is how:
Step 1. Go to: Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center.
Step 2. Click on: Manage Network Connections -> Right-click on Local Area Connection -> Properties.
Step 3. Click on: Sharing -> Check off; Allow other network users to connect... and Allow other network users to control... boxes -> Settings -> Add a name -> Add your IP -> Then the port you want to open.

Dear,
Usually port forwards are made in router settings. We see these posts almost every second say, so I Hope users can use search command and found million topics from there.

first you can port foroword y accesing your router again if you dont have router then you might be having connection by some one else home ?? again you can acces the router ... read my signature

nah still doesn't work.. idk i tried everything.. I put my ipv4 address and port 12345 TCP
