Download a streamer plugin/include such as THIS one.

Then place it into your pawno/include folder (for the include) and the plugin folder (plugin).

If this is already done, simply make sure you are opening the pawno.exe that is in the pawno folder of the requested server directory and open it from there.

I had a problem today, about updating the streamer. Make sure you have always your streamer updated, otherwise things will not load!

Well it is not always the streamer not there or not updated simply if you already got it
go to your script folder open pawn and close it you must open the one in your game mode folder
