PPC_Housing & sscanf Problem - [Cali]ChrOnic_T - 18.07.2012

Why everytime i try to compile PPC Housing it shows these errors

I Just dont understand why it comes up with these errors , Please help!!!

Show me the public(OnPlayerEditObject... and public OnPlayerSelectObject(....

Download 0.3e server pack and errors will be fixed.
