I Want To Make a Command Using ZCMD. So Police Officers Can Type /rights [id] And That Player Will Have The Miranda Right's Read To Them. Please Help. Thanks!

they have the right to remain silent;
anything the suspect says can be used against him/her;
they have the right to have an attorney present before and during the questioning and
they have the right, if they can't afford an attorney, to have a attorney appointed at public expense to represent them before and during the questioning.

You can't really play an audio file with that info unless you use the audio stream function, this has the disadvantages that it has to be uploaded somewhere where you have access to the audio file itself

No I Mean As In It Sends The Client Text, Like In a Text Draw Or Just Normal Text In The CHat Box, How Would I Do That?
