Need Help for a new gamemode[RP] - Warrior23 - 13.07.2012

I need gamemode with:
-At least 10 factions
-At least 4 families.
-Vip System
-House System
-At least 10 jobs
-cmd to make car dealership
-In all factions hq to have factions lockers with /equip
-Vip Hq and Vip Garage.
-Anti Cheat.
-and orther
