Does anybody here know any simple and proffesional theme for phbb3, and that can show me how to install it?

I can show you how to install any theme on phpbb3, but many people have different views on how "professional" a theme looks... Below is a link to a reputable website with quite a few themes. They are all free.

Click styles demo, and it will show you all the options. They will also allow you to change colors within the theme.

Chrillzen, I would suggest against Arrow due to the fact it's no longer support by it's stylist and is out of date. I would suggest a new theme which is lovely, here it is:
