and is cpanel not gpanel

ah someone can plz tell me too how to make a cpnael for my server :P
i have a linux VPS i think i need to run the GM with putty after i upload it but someone can tell me how to make a cpanel it would make my work so easy

Hello!
Usually hosting companies offers you ready remotely control able "Game Control Panel." Upload your files to right folders with your FTP client, example FileZilla, or with your company ready web FTP. After when your files are in right places, you are ready to start your server from Control Panel.
And I Notice there is something different with Windows and Linux, just like plugins .DLL (Windows) and .SO (Linux).
