I cant Join servers - Shad0wsp3arz - 11.07.2012

When i open my SAMP and I go to click on a server it says "this application has failed to start because vorbisfile.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem" I go and re install my SAMP and it says the same thing do i have to have GTA SA installed (im using a steam version) because i dont have my GTA SA the real one installed in my steam.

you need winrar to extract it


then put it in your c/programfiles/gtasan andreas
