Runtime Error 19 - Printable Version

Runtime Error 19 - Blessed - 10.07.2012

Okay, when I run my server, I get the runtime error 19, (can't read the .amx) . At first it said I need to update all of my plugin, in which I did... After that, it just refuses to read it. YES I recompiled after updating. I really need some help... I think the problem is the audio, which I heard was taken out after 3d... Here is a picture of my latest server.log.
