Plugins may be restricted for upload, for security reasons. Contact them using a support method on their side as these forums aren't for host support.

Access denied as in when ever i try to put the plugins in the plugins folder it says uploading and after its done gives me access denied

go to the ftp acccount page

on your internet broswer ...click on page .... scroll down to view ftp in broswer

click it

then drop your plugins from your desktop in there. it should work
