Hey, I've been trying to sell my american Xbox on eBay but it just won't sell, I'm wondering if anyone will be looking to purchase one. I'm not advertising my 360, (it is a slim btw, PM me and you will get a reply ASAP) I just need to find someone to buy it. Thank you!

What do you mean "American Xbox", All Xbox's are made in USA.

NTSC and PAL games vary.
American X360 means that you need NTSC games if I ain't mistaken, or that his country / region on his GT is just in the USA.
Edit:
Checked with my own xbox, the games are NTSC / PAL. Which means you NEED NTSC games in the UK (hard to get, must get them from ebay).
