Sony Vegas Pro 11 vs Adobe AE CS5
State some of your opinions below of how each differs from functionality and what are the pro's and con's on each side

Sony Vegas is for Composing whereas Adobe AE is for effects.
You can't really compare them.

You rather should compare Adobe Premiere and Vegas...

I'm not those kind's of person who illegally get's a software, it's just rude, the company made it with all their sweat and blood so I think buying it is worth it

Lol, then you may be missing out. If you wanna pay that much when you can get it for free, it's your choice. Quick statistic: 95% of music is obtained for free and illegally on the Internet. I'm guessing you're one of the 5%.
