Help with respawning destructible objects - Dustly - 09.07.2012

I need a command or something to respawn destructible objects. Specificly some shooting range targets I set up.
I need to be abled to reset them at will. I have no idea where to start to acomplish this.

Destroy and re-create the object - only way.
