i downloaded ppc trucking and tried to open the pawno and i got this massege
unable to write to c/programfile/******/ppctrucking/pawno/setting.ini
how to fix it?

Try opening pawno directly from the pawno folder. If that doesn't work, you are probably missing the setting.ini file so download 0.3e windows server again and replace your pawno program files (with or without the include folder).
