Whenever you leave and join your money duplicates, same goes with if you are jailed for something..

In OnPlayerSpawn, reset the player money to 0 and then GivePlayerMoney(playerid, PlayerInfo[playerid][pCash]);

I hope I fixed your bug

But if you /saveall characters and also DC and join back, you still have double.(and its saved in your stats).
