Check with crashdetect plugin, it gives you more information about runtime errors.

Streamer plugin is missing.

server.cfg > add to line 'plugins' : streamer
and do not forget to add plugins folder of the server ..

if you read it clearly the server_log the plugins are running

goto ****** and find " .net framework " try to install it and try again !!!

I have the latest .net framework, and all my plugins are up to date, what do i do

download nativechecker and place in plugins and run server and it will tell you the error
