Nope not at all! I don't see any reasons pertaining to illegal watching of animes on the web, No one can arrest or sentence you to jail by that reason

Watching illegal content is a far cry from hosting illegal content. I wouldn't worry about it.

It isn't illegal to watch it, but it's illegal to upload it without permissions from the creators/companies that help create the actual Anime series itself.

Downloading them is just as bad as uploading them. Watching them online isn't illegal.
