Cutter Rims and Gold Rims Command - San1 - 06.07.2012

Well i been on some servers with ownable player cars and most cars cant get gold and cutter rims so i decided to make one for them to use and for samp forums i will put the codes on pastebin and hope you enjoy - you can +Rep me if u want your welcome guys

uh https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=357098 aren't they the same, just you changed the vehicle upgrade model and added a new format..?
