Problem with 5.0.0.0/8 subnet [solved] - papagei9 - 06.07.2012

Dear sa-mp,

I'm hosting several gameserver on a host with the IP 5.9.*.* (and no, its not hamachi! RIPE allocated the 5.0.0.0/8 subnet).

Now my problem is, the samp-servers won't appear in the master list.

I already contacted team@sa-mp.com, but I didn't get any answer.

I assume sa-mp.com has nothing to do with the masterlist. It's a different server.

If i can't ping sa-mp.com only with the 5.9.*.* IP (with 176.9.*.* it's working), then its obviously, that the problem is not at me.

masterlist or internetlist, thats not the question. It's of course both.
If the server isn't in the internetlist, altought "announce 1" is in the config, then masterlist is in charge.

It looks like it stops on the switch before reaching the server, perhaps leaseweb blocks it? I think you should contact them about it

I can tracert sa-mp.com normally, and it does not block at all.

Didn't you read the whole problem?! Its about the 5.9.*.* IP. And I suppose, you don't have one.
