This problem is occurring on a single server, Simply by all skins are buggy as well .. sometimes disappear, could help me solve this problem?

if you use windows8 or windows7
the problem is that your video card don't have the driver installed!

reinstall your GTA Sa - install it in a diffrent directory.

managed to solve by installing the appropriate driver for my video card, Thank you all.

I've had this glitch in the last few weeks but I fixed it by updating my video card drivers (dunno who screwed 'em up).
