What about working? Work is propably the best way ever to get some cash.
I don't mean only serious work, such as being fireman or pilot. You can ask your parents/grandpas, if they have any work for you, which they could give you some bucks for doing this. But don't expect milions of doin it.

Do surveys and stuff, but they dont always work out the way you want them to.
If you're over 16/18, go work and transfer the cash from your bank to PayPal. Or just sell some stuff you don't like on eBay and such.

I mean only $13 because i want to renew my hosted tab and i have 0.0 as the balance in my paypal

1. Do some surveys (most of them are a monthly payout though)
2. Borrow some cash
3. Sell something like some accounts you don't use, or smth.

Scripting for money, graphics designing, website designing and other templates. This can earn plenty of money if you're a professional, which I'm 100% sure you're not, so I suggest you get a real job and transfer it to PayPal.
After all it's summer, go sell some icecreams or smth.
