[FS] Admin rocket (had no better idea for a name) - Clavius - 29.04.2008

With this filterscript, admins can launch rockets. There are three ways of launching a rocket:
- Use targetting mode
- Type a player's ID, and launch it to ID's position
- Use earlier saved coordinates
When the rocket reaches the target's Z, it will explode.
Commands
Only admins can use theese commands.
/targetrocket -- the main way of launching a rocket, the targetting mode
/cancel -- exit targetting mode
/launch -- launch rocket after finished targetting in targetting mode
/playerrocket [ID] -- launch a rocket to ID's position
/quicksave -- save your position
/quicklaunch -- launch a rocket to the position you saved with /quicksave
/rockethelp -- display credits and a list of commands

The rocket approaches the target position (under chatbox).
