Please Help: Samp kills my connection. -
Scaranosucchia - 03.07.2012
Hi, I need help.
I Have Sa-MP installed on my pc (I have xp service pack 3) and I have always played without problems with every version of windows with older versions of SA-MP.
Now when I try to play on a server I can play for just two minutes, after I see: Lost connection to server and the server didn't respond, retrying.
It is due to my connection when I try to reconnect and the programs fails because after two minutes of SA-MP my connection crashes and I can't access to internet anymore and I have to restart the router.
I tried everything, installed twice Gta and SA-MP. I think it's a problem of 0.3e, can anyone help me?

Well, you are facing these problems only while using 3e.
Check with other versions also.

It could be your firewall blocking samp from accessing the internet or it's your internet access point's lack of signal, but since your saying your router is involved in it to try this..

AGREED : make sure your internet connection (while you crash) is connected !

It's a virus attached to your SAMP executable, I had the exact same. The reason why you switch back to versions and it works is because you're resetting the whole execs when you do so.
It's a virus.
OR..
If it isn't, and you're 100% sure it isn't, it could be that your internet can't take SAMP, but like you've said, other v/s work fine.
Make sure your SAMP Port isn't used for anything else, that could also be a bugger.
