hello guys.......

my cosin has SA-MP 0.3e and his PING is normal like me and when he try to enter any server it stay comming to him Server did not respawn and in my pc its normal and we have same internet

so what is the problem i re-install for him gta san and SA-MP and stell server did not respawn and his internet is working

It may be blocked by his firewall.

Try to add it as an exeption in fire wall setting at the cotrol panal

You mean "Server didn't respond" instead of respawn, i guess. Does your friend even see the server online or does it say "Retrieving info" in the samp window? I didn't understand shit from your post.

when he enter any server (even mine) it tell him server didn't respond as u said jarno

Restart your router/modem.
That might bring every thing to normal.

Well, the problem is his SAMP and GTA San Andreas, also , it may be your server.

If you are connecting through localhost, you need to connect to localhost:7777. Entering your external IP will not work.
