I thought it was called when a vehicle, respawns. Let me check.

EDIT:
I think it works with both functions, because it's called when a vehicle respawns, not created.

@zde5: I don't think so, if a vehicle dies it's called too when it respawns again.

i think that it is only called when u use SetVehicleToRespawn
