Download 0.3e server http://sa-mp.com/download.php
Replace your old version server files with one you just downloaded
Re-compile your old version scripts with new includes

Download samp 3e server package and extract it.
Then replace the 3e files with your older version.
Then open your script.
Re compile again.
Now your script is 3e.
Run sampserver.exe if your using homehost or else if you are hosting as 24/7 you can change the version through your account itself.

Do the following

1.Go to http://sa-mp.com/download.php
2. Then click on sa-mp 0.3e windows server or linux if your using linux.
3. Replace the sa-mp npc, license, etc with your current one, and its updated to 0.3e.

samp-npc/samp-server/samp-license/announce are the exact "files names" if you couldn't figure that simple shit out.
