How would I make Links and text - LukeStephens - 01.07.2012

I see alot of people's signatures, (like mine) but instead of a link (like mine) it's a word

Eg.

Tutorial (Le me clicks > takes to different page)

How would I do that

I tried adding HTML, but ofc that's not allowed for signatures.

So can someone help me?
