Hello!
First of all i know this thread is not allowed here, but i need to get a solution for this :S
I connected IRC to my server but i really dont know how to give permanent op, owner and half op to others.I know the user have to register first, it is already dont, i just want to know how to give permanent Op, Owner and Half op to others.

/cs <level> <channel> add <nick>

Levels:
VOP - Voice (+)
HOP - Halfop (%)
AOP - Op (@)
SOP - Super Op (&)

Halfops can set voice, ops can set halfops, superops can set ops, owner can set superops.
