The best option to do is re-install GTA San Andreas. This happens a lot to players.

Try re-install DirectX , if nothing , you have problem with you RAM

I think this is because of your RAM or gta sa or DirectX problem.
Try reinstalling gta sa + samp.
If still problem,check with your directX.

i got this to, It really means, their is not enogh memory, In your computer, try re-installing some stuff, and re-install sa-mp, and should be fine.
