finally i just bought a vps host and i got another problem...

i installed the missing files and i installed Microsoft C++ and still got this problem

As already highlighted by ****** in THIS thread, you need to download the Microsoft Visual Studio Redistributable Package

Have you rebooted the server after installing?

I added this in C:/Windows/System32 and works fine . Also scanned it with antivirus. Hope it helped you .

Not a good idea; I don't really need to add anymore to that point, however I suggest you try a little harder and use some initiative to solve the problem, just downloading that DLL may cause more future problems.

what windows bit you using?
exemple mine is x86
