Click at samp022server > scriptfiles > Find your name > and put admin 1337 instead of admin 0

or

Go ingame, and do /recon login YOUR RECON PASS, then try to /makeadmin [id] [level]

it has to be /rcon login password, not /recon

This is easier, for this you don't need to go in-game.

Yeah but thats not working. It says i put the wrong password in when it was correct.

it can not say anything? if you are trying to access an .txt file and change some digits.
