I keep getting a cannot connect to server retrying error but my server sees an incoming connection, what going on?

Check if you are using the correct server version or not.

Check your internet connection, firewall and ofc the version.
ps. The latest version of the SAMP is .3e, Maybe your's server using 0.3d then you have to updated your Server.
