hello guys nowdays i am seeing very useless topics in the filterscript and gamemodes section also some people are realsing noobish scripts so why cant admins restrict the posting of new topics for members who have below 100 posts or anything ?
P.S sorry for my grammatical errors i am on my nokia cellphone which is hard to write in ...

No, because there are very good scripters out there who just haven't been so active on the forums, and by that have a low post count.

and also to add to max' post, there are alot more people who dont know anything about scripting but have a high postcount due to spamming and other stuff

The showroom should be available for everyone. Even if most scripts are "noobish" people learn a lot by creating them, and in the showroom they can get feedback to improve their skills.
Limiting it to posts or rep or whatever would kill that concept.
