Rainbow Weather - MP2 - 23.06.2012
Does anyone know the weather where the rainbow exists? I think it only works if TogglePlayerClock is enabled and/or when in SF.

He probably means the naked woman in one of the interiors on a door. I assume you can use it with SetObjectMaterial.

It's probably build into the engine like the whole skybox is, there should be a way to enable it like blur.

It was on Crazybobs. It MUST be weather/time based, there's no other alternatives.

As far as I'm concerned you can only see it from SF Airport driving northbound. I already saw it once before and I also was on SF Airport driving in the same direction like the guy on the picture.
When I saw it the weather was currently set to ID 1, so I'm pretty sure that the weather ID doesn't matter
