You have your ports on? And are you sure?
And using your public ip?

Did you changed the value of "announce" in your server.cfg to "1" and restarted the server with a open firewall connection to that port ? :3

The server is on host hoster said that apparently banned the IP for the fact that anyone who has used bots..can this be?

ASk the host to change your servers IP.

If you are with router you must open port '7777'
