Would a /news command be possible, like a /news command that shows a dialog with the latest news on

BUT theres a twist.

/addnews would be an admin command and it adds another line with the news they put on

Example Before SOmeone did /addnews


(thats all that would be on the dialog)
News

But when they do /addnews [some news goes here] it would look like this

News
[DATE/TIME] Some News Goes Here - Posted By [INGAME-NAME]

And when they do /addnews again it will go like this

News
[DATE/TIME] Some News Goes Here
[DATE/TIME] Some more news goes here - Posted By [INGAME-NAME]

i use to do this
when someone use /report
i store the player reporter name, target name and the hrs/mins/secs to a variable
then i load them when admin use /reports
