Webhosts - Neil. - 23.06.2012

So here I ask,
Can anyone cite any FREE webhosts?

Here's my story, I have come up with some free hosting, but each of them has cPanel

1freehosting
And I already tried almost 10 webhosts with cpanel and it gives me this error

(I tried the hide my ass service to hide my proxy and I can't login, not only in serversfree, but also in other webhosts)

All of which webhosts that I tested was not capable of doing so and the error pops out everytime...
So I ask now, which webhosts DOES NOT have cPanel in it... And have 100gb of bandwith and a large amount of disk space?

Even at that cheap price I can't buy it, Here in our country, it is illegal for under 18 year old's to have credit cards.... So I think free host is preferrable

@Faisal - At my age, my parent's will wonder what will I be using the credit card for... And yet after they will know that I will be using it for samp... They'll eventually say it's a useless thing (Bla Bla, story goes on and on)
