What file saving system are you using? Plus, you need to tell us your variable and shit.

You make a variable/array with Xp, and on player dissconnect you save it to (Yini mysql or whatever you are using) and OnPlayerConnect you load it into the variable/array.

Yes, that's what we have expained, I don't understand why you link a gamemode with like 2500 rows crateobejct and 500 rows script, anyways i don't have time to read all that.
You will create a XP script with the things i expained earlier. Expain more what you want if you don't understand.
