I'm trying to join NG-RP but the version is 0.3e-1000p. What is this and what does it mean? Is it restricting me from joining, because I can't. It just says "Lost connection to the server... restarting"

It's probably because you do not have the same version as the server.

0.3e 1000p - 1000 players(Request it from samp) Shouldnt affect you joining the server tho.

Did you try to use a RP Name like this? Peter_Hamington
Because lots of Servers kicks you for not using a RP Name without a Reason.
You will just see "Lost connection" in some Servers.

Maybe you are banned from the server? Change your name, Change ip, just in-case, and see.

NGRP is 0.3e ,you are not banned, you are not using bad nick name,it can be the server is full, or you need to re-download samp 0.3e , but it can be the problem with your internet provider , try to contact them
