TogglePlayerClock is probably causing it.

Well seeing as you just confirmed TogglePlayerClock was causing it simply remove it? derp.
Either that or parse all associated code to the clock. We can't shit wonders.

I say i know the problem but how the f**k i will use the clock the its make it time go fast i wonna player to clock the clock and know what is the time and I SAY I DONT USE ANY CODE FOR CLOCK OR TIMERS read carefully before post

So you use TogglePlayerClock? Is it just in the login/register screen or does it continuously happen?
Are you using any other filterscripts or something that may change the weather?
Since you said you removed TogglePlayerClock and it worked, I figured you may have died several times during the login/register (since in the wiki it says that it advances 6 hours per death, using this).
Plus, I don't recommend using it (never used it) because I read on the wiki it doesn't sync with other players, and, like I said, it advances 6 hours at death.
