Hello,

I am Just wondering abut this:
I own a RP Server, Everything is working correctly But I can only play if I have samp-server Open, is this normal or I have a problem?

It's normal. You need to port forward so other players can join. Try looking up a port forwading tutorial on the search bar.

Normal. You need to make it run in the background If you want it on all the time ( if you have a linux server)
