Why only player ID 0 and 1 work in my server.And also givme link to download fix or something.

Ow wow, Yeah we can really help you with such a stupid post "please help me fix this problem, I am not telling you the problem but please help me fix it."

I think that if you would use E=MCІ everything would work fine for you, unless you are trying to calculate the speed while using a starting speed, 0.5ATІ would work fine.

Or isn't that your problem? I don't know if it is, since you didn't tell me.
