Help me, File or Function not found?!!!!

All plugins loaded, Filterscripts loaded, Nothing is bug and it says "FIle or function not found in the .amx"? WHY!!!!!

i am very sure that the plugins loaded

That message means a native function doesn't exist. In 99% of the cases, there's a plugin missing.
