Can i get the Pawn for Offline Mute? for /mute?

What you mean player disconnect and rejoin still muted?

I would create a variable when muted then save it into a file or what ever you using for saving and once a player disconnects and the mute variable is 1, keep it to 1 once they join set the variable to 1 for the player as loading the variable off the file.

Yea i mean i will /omute him when hes offline and when he connects he is Muted..
