Alright so I just installed the latest's Incognito's audio plugin on my server and when I open the server i see the following. https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=82162

Missing audiopacks folder.Extract audiopacks folder to your samp server directory from the audio plugin package.

Check your audio.ini, change that example.mp3 to the name of the song/audio file you placed in that directory.Do that for ogg and wav files too.
