Why don't you download any GM and compile it using 0.3e SA-MP package? Jeez...

Is too Easy, Just download a 0.3d Gamemode, then Upgrade it to 0.3e

Simply get the new 0.3e package, drag all the non-folders into the server directory (I don't think you need all, just most) and then update all the default includes.
