Script Request. Simple Moderator FS. - KiiD - 15.06.2012

Admin/Moderator commands basicly.
It's just a FS I'm requesting for my server I'm using. I want something like, a new group just moderators. So I already have my admin script with Vortex Roleplay #1, and I'll list some features I have in mind.

For rcon:
/setmoderator [playerid]
------------------
For Players:
/ask [question]
------------------
For Moderators:
Recieves message to all online moderators
/ar /acceptreport -> Shows gametext on players screen saying, "Moderator [name] has accepted your request."
Once you /ar it teleports you to the player that requested and you type in /b chat (already have (/b) and solve it ooc.

It's quite simple, works like /report but for a new group, as a FS. And /ar teleports them, that's really the only difference. So if anyone could help me with that, it's greatly appreciated.
